People working together to build a just, peaceful and sustainable world

One World Week is about getting people together to value and understand the world and those who live in it. The 2011 theme is Living for One World and there's a strong emphasis on climate change and its effects.

Sun 23 Oct 7 pm Interfaith Act of Reflection on ‘Living for One World’
Wed 26 Oct 8 pm A film for One World Week
Sat 29 Oct 11am – 4 pm Living for One World – Witnessing climate change now!

Southsea
Mon 24 Oct 2 – 4 pm CHIMES event: “Living for One World”- a celebration for One World Week.

Fareham
Sun 23 Oct 7.30 pm Indian Evening
Wed 26 Oct 7.30 pm Quiz for One World
Thurs 27 Oct 1.00 pm Prayers for Justice and Peace
Thurs 27 Oct 7 pm Christian Aid event. Buffet followed by a concert at 8 pm.
Fri. 28 Oct 7.30 pm Talk by Michael Heaps on his work with Bail for Immigration Detainees (BIDs)
