Portsmouth residents are being targeted by a new scam which the Ministry of Justice has issued a warning to the public about, after a recent increase in scams where consumers are telephoned or emailed by people falsely claiming to be from the Ministry of Justice.
Remember if it sounds too good to be true it probably is, if you haven't entered why have you won, and if you need to give a payment to receive the cash - something is probably wrong!
