• Tell us your views on current health services 
• Get more information about the cardiovascular network 

This is an informal event and you will have the chance to meet other patients and people who care for them. A lunch and refreshments will be provided and there is plenty of parking and good access for all. There is no charge and reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.
