Help North End Library to celebrate by adding your own personal memories to the North End Library Memory Board.
Call in on the anniversary itself - Tuesday 19th February to say Hello to the Bookstart Bear or Book a place on the Guided Walk of North End which departs from the Library at 2pm, returning at 4pm.
There is a charge of £2 for the walk, which may be booked at any Portsmouth City Library.
