Do you have a story to tell? We want to work with community groups and
individuals to make five short films that will help break down the barriers
around the themes of race, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation and
disability.
We are looking for stories about people who may be judged
about their appearance, the way they sound or the life choices they have made
but who are very different from what those who judge them assume.
Get involved by coming along to our ‘Don’t Judge Me ‘Till
You Know Me’ event on Wednesday 18 April commencing at 9.30am-4pm to find out
how you can get involved. This FREE workshop is aimed at anyone
with a story to tell, you can learn how video can be used to get across
powerful messages, learn about video production and upon completion of the
video we will share it with you to use in any campaigns and marketing work.
If you would like
to attend this workshop please contact Karen Eggleton at Highbury College on (023) 9232 8878 or
email Karen.eggleton@highbury.ac.uk
to reserve your place.
