We have recently move in as council tenants in the Paulsgrove area. We can not believe how good the council have been in fixing any problems we have had since moving in. Even on a Saturday night at 20.30 when we lost hot water a workman was at the door within 15 mins. He solved the problem and was very helpful indeed. The customer service is excellent and we are very impressed. Thanks to all who make the council such a great service.
